We conduct research with the help of domestic webshops
Every year, we conduct online customer research with the help of our members, where we find out what our customers want, what frustrates them, and why they shop at certain webshops.
Our Association also conducts various surveys on the habits of online retailers, which are available to our premium members.
We started the first eCommerce Academy in Croatia
Customers today have more choices and options, so it's more important than ever to be better than your competition – who are just two clicks away.
The 16th eCommerce Academy
is launching in spring 2026, where you have the opportunity to learn from those who are "in the trenches" every day.
We offer a national trustmark and review system
Safe Shop trustmark is awarded to all members who meet
the 10 criteria of our eCommerce Code of Conduct.
The goal of the trustmark is to increase customer trust in online shopping. So far, we have certified over 200 webshops, who are also users of our review collecting tool (safeshop.hr).
The largest gathering of online retailers in the region
At the seventh CRO Commerce conference, held 14.10.2025. at the Mozaik Event Center, we gathered more than 600 visitors on three stages.

12:30 - 13:00 Tomislav Bilić: UX measurement plan on the example of the Hajduk Web Shop
The success of an eCommerce project is not determined only by revenue, but also by the quality of the user experience (UX). How can user experience be measured? How can you know if new webshop functionalities are effective, understandable, or simply good for the user? How can you track results and make informed decisions about future improvements?
Using a concrete project example – the Hajduk Web Shop – you will get an idea of how to design a UX Measurement Plan: a clear and detailed plan for measuring user experience. The purpose of the lecture is to highlight the importance of defining concrete and measurable goals for each UX element, identifying relevant metrics that lead to meaningful conclusions, and using data to guide decisions.
